BAG & BOOB BABES, CORP. is a women's cancer awareness group founded in 2012 in Mesa, Arizona by Marilyn Reed and Kay Foley.
Our Name explains what we do. Bag: we sew aprons to hold JP drains following surgery. Boob: we knit “knitted knockers.” Babes: a group of women that have a passion for helping individuals going through breast cancer treatment.
Our Goal is to let everyone know there are women all over the country sewing and knitting love and prayers into the items they are creating to assist breast cancer patients on their recovery journey.
Our Vision is to have women in groups all over the country sewing, knitting and supporting individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and recovery. We donate our products to individuals, surgeons, and facilities free of charge whenever there is a request.
Our Locations are currently in Arizona, Idaho and Indiana and expanding all the time. We presently ship our comfort products across the entire country.
Funding for all Bag & Boob Babes programs are by private donations and fundraising events.
