After a mastectomy fluids collect in the incision area.  To prevent infections, these fluids must be drained.  Drain Bag aprons have pockets where you can place the JP drains to collect these fluids in a functional, comfortable manner.

The drain apron & pillow kits are made from soft flannel fabric. The kits come in two sizes – a single pocket apron for a single mastectomy patient or a double pocket apron for a double mastectomy patient. In addition to the drain apron (for JP drains) the kit includes a shower ribbon for pinning your drains while showering and a pillow to put under your arm for comfort.

The eye masks are made from a soft cotton fabric and lined to help the patient rest and relax during chemotherapy and alternative treatments.

Knitted Knockers are a knitted breast prosthesis used by cancer patients after a mastectomy. They are knitted in the shape of a breast with cotton yarn. When Knitted Knockers are placed in a bra, they take the shape and feel of a real breast.

Our turbans are made from t-shirts donated to us from other cancer charities. These turbans work well to keep patient’s heads warm after hair loss. They are made in small, medium and large sizes and can be worn in a variety of ways.

Small pillows are made to make patients more comfortable during treatments and are especially useful when placed under the patient’s arm after surgery.

A small lap throw/shawl is created from soft yarns and can be used in a variety of ways by the patient – both at home and during treatment.
